6. Do you offer refunds?

Since journals are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once access is granted. If you have technical issues, contact us within 7 days and we’ll ensure you receive a working copy.

7. What if I accidentally delete or lose my file?

You can re-download your journal using your license (up to 3 downloads). If you need help, contact support, and we’ll assist with redelivery.

11. Where can I access my previous purchases?

  • All purchases are managed through your Shopify account — simply log in with the email you used at checkout to view your order history and downloads.
  • While digital assets are securely hosted by SendOwl, your Shopify account will be your single point of access to retrieve past purchases.
  • Each product includes up to three (3) downloads, and your license for personal use is indefinite.
