As leaders we are tasked with supporting, nurturing and developing our organisations most valuable assets, our people. Within Pages is a thoughtful, well structured way to challenge me as a people leader to reflect on the leader I need to be thereby creating an environment where our people can thrive. The journal format creates a framework for deep introspection that can be constantly revisited. It reminded me that leadership is not 'one and done' and should be revisited regularly to ensure we are learning, growing, adapting, questioning, introspecting and challenging ourselves ensuring our people feel inspired, safe and loving what they do. Within Pages also reminded me of the opportunity to learn and grow by being open to feedback from my team and leading with authenticity and vulnerability, thereby creating a team culture that invites feedback, engaging in healthy conflict and growing together.
